    Don't expect 4⭐️ hotel but a 3 one. The staff was super kind and helpful, a good breakfast, but the rooms were not as we imagined so we asked for an upgrade wich it was accomplished.

    The hotel is in a good location for the beach (5-10 minute walk). 10 minute walk to the train station to go to Barcelona was great. Restaurants around look good but are not traditional food or anything special. We were disappointed. The hotel rooms are really dated and not very clean. We asked on 3 occasions to move due to noise in surrounding rooms and the standard of our room but could not be accommodated at all during our 10 day stay due to needing to rooms next to each other. We were willing to have rooms opposite also but could not be accommodated which was surprising and a little disappointing. Any rooms that are not pool view will look out at the back of the hotel or side of the hotel onto the huge carpark and road at the back of the hotel onto- just be aware when you select your room type. The mould on our ceiling and around the air con unit was not nice and hotel staff did nothing about it - see attached photo. There is a bed directly under this unit. Food for breakfast in the restaurant was great and lots of options. It is a large restaurant so does get noisy, but that was not a problem for us. The pool area is very busy. Sunbeds are reserved by guests from early and despite signs saying towels would be removed, we never saw this happening and on occasions could not get a bed and so went to the beach instead. I wouldn’t rush back to this hotel as there are better hotels for the money that we paid.
