looked a little unkempt and tired in places. ie gardens, piles of rubbish. toilet flush did not work properly

The staff were friendly and very helpful and tried to be very accommodating within what they could offer.
The hotel rooms (we looked at 3 ) were old and dusty and had musty smell. The 3rd room we chose was clean but needed updating.
