Location was brilliant, within walking distance of restaurants & bars. An easy walk to the Acueduct.
Hotel staff friendly & helpful.
A few small complaints which could be easily resolved.
Lack of storage in bathroom & no grab rail in shower. A few more hangers in wardrobe needed. Position of two electric sockets very difficult to access.
Very tight parking in garage. Lots of shunting backwards & forwards even in an average size car.
Most concerning - the fire extinguisher in restaurant blocked by breakfast buffet tables & coffee machine.

Walking distance to Aquaduct and dinning places. Good-sized rooms.
I needed hot water but was told no kettle provided. Hotel restaurant could provide but it was closed over Xmas period. Staff was unempathetic. Although it is walking distance, it is still further than other hotels that are closer to the Aqueduct.

The property was in an excellent location
The hotel needs updated and the buffet breakfast was a bit poor for the current standards .
