Amazing customer service from start to finish! Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Enrique, who kindly arranged an early check-in for me. Later that day, I received an email about my flight being canceled, which was quite stressful. Fortunately, Irene went above and beyond—she looked up the airline’s contact information and even called them on my behalf. Thanks to her support, I was able to relax and not worry about handling everything myself. Truly outstanding service! Irene muchas gracias por tus atenciones!

Very clean room with upgraded shower facilities. Comfortable beds and chairs

Lack of hangers in bathroom right next to shower place.

Breakfast was good, all the usual items generally found in a hotel buffet. We ate in the evening at the hotel as a bit pushed for time. It was ok. If we had more time then the buses into Madrid city centre were 20 mins or so with the bus stop and a taxi rank just outside the hotel. Receptionist was fully of helpful information. Handy for the airport.

There was tea and coffee making facilities in the room (unusually for Spain) but there were no instructions on how to use and the tea was terrible (weak). Hotel was a bit pricey for where it was, what it offered and the time of year.
