Amazing customer service from start to finish! Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Enrique, who kindly arranged an early check-in for me. Later that day, I received an email about my flight being canceled, which was quite stressful. Fortunately, Irene went above and beyond—she looked up the airline’s contact information and even called them on my behalf. Thanks to her support, I was able to relax and not worry about handling everything myself. Truly outstanding service!

Very clean room with upgraded shower facilities. Comfortable beds and chairs
Lack of hangers in bathroom right next to shower place.

Front Desk Staff Very Friendly. Antonio in dining area also very nice. Rest of staff in dining area fir breakfast unfriendly
Rooms very small. Shower needs safety bar.
