Great value for money hidden gem!

The property featured a very cozy aesthetic which made time in between skiing feel very comfortable (needed after a day of exercising). It had lots of storage for clothes as well as food, meaning a weeks worth of shopping could be executed on arrival and clothes wouldn’t clutter the space we had. There was no shortage of radiators for drying our clothes after skiing. A washing machine was also present which made having so many heaters a massive advantage.

Great location, well-equipped apartment

Great location for our family, short walk to the ski lift, and in a nice quiet area with a fantastic bar opposite and restaurant a few minutes walk away. Ticked all our boxes for a ski trip with a youngish family.

Great apartment with all needed. - Spacious - Clean - Great living area and shower facilities - Close to lifts - Parking space included which was very handy - Garage for Snowboards and boots It was a fantastic experience - host was very welcoming and responsive, with sharing all necessary information.

The 2nd time we have visited Sauze d'Oulx, a lovely town, good value and more snow this year!

Lovely apartment and great access to the village, ski hire, lift etc. Fully met our expectations.

A beautiful little home to return to after a day in the mountains.

This is an apartment (not a hotel), which has pretty much everything you need for a short or a longer stay for a family of four. For a ski trip the location is perfect, close to the ski lift and a ski-rent shop, but for the center of Sauze you will probably need a 5 min drive (walking is ok but a little long). Beautiful scenery and exceptionally clean with brand new facilities. Kitchen is fully equipped and modern (you will need a drive to the grocery).

Sofa bed is not too comfortable for two middle-sized adults. Fine for children.

Amazing small little place - very well kept, modern and clearly newly refurbished. Chia was an absolute star helping us settle on the first day and was around when/if needed. comfortable and great outdoor space for in-house apres! Near to lift to slopes (not the main one, so not so ideal for 1st time skiers/snowboarders as can be challenging to ski down to main area)

It’s 20mins away from city centre - which is absolutely fine with normal conditions - the problem here is that it’s very up the hill (city centre) so be prepared for that and organize the apres properly

Great location, everything you needed close by, spotless and helpful hosts.

Very clean, in fact spotless, every thing you needed, ski locker in garage opposite apartment with heated boot rack and able to leave luggage here in the last day. Ski hire shop 5 min walk up road so really easy, Elisa organised these for us which gave us a discount. Lift was 5 min walk through the pretty village of Jovenceaux. I was concerned that we may be too far out of Sauze for evening but not so. We walked in one evening took 15mins up steep hill, but only 10 mins to walk back. Massimo did offer but we were quite happy. There was a bus stop outside apartment which took 5 mins. All in all very impressed and hosts could not be more helpful would definitely recommend.

Superb!

excellent location 5 mins walk to the Jouvenceaux ski lift.Lovely modern accommodation with everything you need for a self catering stay. Owners were more than helpful. They organised everything for us including ski passes and ski hire at amazing prices. We were even able to leave our skis and boots right next to the lift for a small fee which made it so easy. Lovely bar opposite where we had coffee and croissants for breakfast and only 3 euros each. The owners Elisa and Massimo were such great hosts. Massimo was like a taxi service giving us several lifts into Sauze D’oulx a twenty minute uphill walk. Overall everything was fantastic, thank you

Great appartements !

Clean and spacious appartements. Close to the slopes thanks to a lovely way. The host is very nice, helpful and knows well the city. We had a really great stay. I recommend !

Some useful kitchen utensils such as plates for the oven are missing. Also some curtains for the living room would be appreciated.

Heerlijk weekje wintersport in Italiaanse ambiance gehad.

Nieuw, sfeervol en schoon appartement van een investeerdersgroep. Zeer rustig gelegen. Ontvangst door beheerster Elisa was klantgericht. Straatje naar het appartementencomplex en voor het appartement zelf werd keurig sneeuwvrij gehouden. Jouvenceaux is een rustieke wijk op anderhalve kilometer van het centrum van Sauze d'Oulx. Bar/restaurant aan de overkant van de straat en authentiek Italiaans restaurant in de wijk. Wintersportwinkel op loopafstand. (Betaalde) skishuttle met half uur service stopt voor de deur. Er lijkt niet voor ieder appartement een privé parkeerplaats, maar wij hadden er wel eentje en dat was top. Gemeenschappelijke garagebox voor ski berging, inclusief een geforceerde droging van de skischoenen.

Geen vaatwasser, maar dat hadden we kunnen weten want staat ook niet aangeboden. Wel een wasmachine in het appartement, maar niets om je was aan op te hangen dus geen gebruik van kunnen maken. Meer haakjes voor je kleding in het appartement zou mooi zijn. Een echt minpunt was de wiebelige 5 G verbinding en de matige wifi verbinding. Voldoet in principe, maar streaming ging echt niet goed. Huurprijs appartement is aan de hoge kant maar lijkt marktconform voor deze wintersportplaats en deze tijd van het jaar. Sauze d'Oulx is niet meer het low budget skifestijn van ons vorige bezoek 6 jaar geleden en is ook drukker geworden.

Praticamente perfetta… la struttura si trova in un buon punto e non lontano da gli impianti di risalita, l’appartamento molto spazioso e soprattutto molto pulito e curato!!! Personale cordiale e disponibile ad ogni domanda o richiesta.
