Location was perfect and all staff members were superb.
The rooms are a little dated especially the bathrooms. The step into the shower over the bath is quite awkward and I can imagine someone older would find it uncomfortable/ risky (slip).

The staff were very helpful and always happy to help. They had cute attention to detail with news updates and weather forecasts for the next day, nightly chocolates and a great breakfast selection. Palermo is a safe area and has plenty to offer.
The only slight drawback is that it’s a fair distance from any of the subte stations, a good 20 mins walk to either of the two closest. Just something to bear in mind!
