Beautiful flat located in a very nice area of Palermo, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops and bars. I stayed two nights and not only the staff allowed me to check-in early (the room was ready) but they also gave me the top floor! Very spacious, hot and strong shower, and very good wifi connection. Some little details that can always be improved, but definitely recommended! Pedro was a super host!
Nothing really related with the property (or something that can be managed by the staff). Saturday night the cafe downstairs had some music on until midnight, so make sure to bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Very good location, new building, spacious rooms
Coffee machine not cleaned for weeks, poor lighting in bathroom, no bed lights, stained sofa. Floor heating existing but not operational. Cold bathroom (we were there during cold days).
