This lovely home on the Grand River offers relaxing and inviting environment for families and friends. Property offers wraparound deck with large yard and lots of outdoor space. Includes grill, basketball court. Bring your boat and take a ride to Spring Lake or all the way to Lake Michigan or downtown Grand Haven. Boat launch just a quarter of a mile down the road from the property. Inside amenities include a Jacuzzi tub, newer kitchen appliances With dishwasher. Fully stocked kitchen and linens. Relax at the property or take a less than 10 minute drive to downtown Grand Haven for shopping, restaurants, more waterfront and nightlife.

We had a wonderful time. Nice waterfront access with wildlife all around. Very peaceful location. Beautiful sunrise/sunsets. Close to many activities. Loved all the space on the deck to sit and relax.I would suggest updating decking- some actual holes in it and some screw heads sticking up where wood has broken away. Possibly clear some area of lillypads for swimming. We still enjoyed swimming, floating, & kayaking. Overall great vacation and would visit again.

This property is the perfect place for a family retreat! It has great access to restaurants, beaches and downtown shopping. Our favorite thing was sitting on the front porch at sunset looking at the amazing view of the Grand River. The Hosts are VERY attentive and responsive-which made the stay even more special. The property has everything you need for the river adventure including kayaks and fishing poles! We plan to come back again and again.
