Excellent Breakfast, great Atmosphere.

Beautiful building. Fantastic room. Exceptional service for us traveling with our two dogs. There were 2 dog beds in the room along with water and food bowls and treats! Superb service from lovely staff! Highly recommended!

The perfect place to relax and reload both physically and mentally. The hotel balances perfectly between nostalgia and modern comfort. Very luxurious breakfast buffet. Loved every second of our stay!

One tiny detail: a couple of xtra pillows for the bed would be nice :-)

Fantastic locationm, the restaurant was great and a really good service. The room was exceptional. Was evry surprised. Close to the beach and nice walk to Glücksburg Castle.

Very nice personel at the reception. Nice view from the room, which was very large and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

I had a late aftenoon meeting and the restaurant was not helpfull with something to eat.

We overall enjoyed our stay, mostly because of the nice suite. We had booked a suite with sea view and it was perfect for our needs, spacious and nicely decorated with a large sundeck and a great view of the sea. Cleaning was very good. We loved that we could bring our dog for a reasonable fee and that the hotel provided food and waterbowls and a dogbed. We appreciated that we could order dinner from room service and enjoy on our balcony.

Staff at the reception on our arrival was very impolite. Before we travelled to Germany, we checked the restrictions with the german authorities to make sure that we could travel and safely follow the guidelines regarding COVID. Upon arrival at the hotel, they had different policy than the authorities and we were told to go and get testet again before check-in. This would have been no problem if the hotel had informed us of this prior to our arrival, but we had received absolutely no information from them despite booking well in advance. Why not inform your guests directly and in advance? Instead of being nice and helpful the receptionist was quite rude and made us feel very unwelcome even when we returned with fresh negative tests to complete check-in. At no point during our 2-day stay did anyone from hotelstaff great us, except from a staffmember at breakfast, or ask us if we needed anything. It was like they just didn’t care about their customers. Very strange for a hotel at this price with such a lacking customer service. We will prefer to stay somewhere else next time.

We visited this place during a trip across Germany. We liked the style in the Hotel. Everything is nicely decorated and well maintained. The staff is friendly and efficient. The breakfast was a real surprise, rich and tasty. One of the best we had in a German Hotel.

The WLAN is unstable and also not very safe.

The breakfast was excellent, with a large open dining area, separate from the restaurant. The choice was abundant and the upholstery very nice. The rooms and property overall were very well maintained. We went for a birthday celebration and were given a small token upon arriving.

Our room did not include a bath, nor was this available. Upon arrival the reception was poorly indicated and it took us a while actually find it.

Everything. Wonderful location, beautiful building, superb comfortable room, excellent fresh healthy breakfast range, friendly efficient staff. The hotel has really excelled with their dog guest policy giving clear advice on where the dog can/cannot go + maps of good dog walks in the area. Our dog was very excited to find his bowl and a little package of treats waiting for him in the room. Dogs not allowed on beach outside hotel but that is to be expected & a short walk takes you to beaches where they can. Will recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rent og virkelig hyggeligt. Personalet var meget imødekommende. Restaurant Felix var fantastisk.

Eneste årsag til de ikke får topkarakterer er, at der var sølvfisk på værelset og skægkræ på gangen. Det er ulækkert, og kunne sagtens være en årsag til at vælge dem fra en anden gang. Udover det er ulækkert at bo i, er det heller ikke en souvenir man ønsker at få med hjem.

Der Service war perfekt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Zimmer sind perfekt.

Lækkert hele vejen igennem. Flot hotel ude og inde, gennemført smukt. Det sødeste og meget professionelle personale. Lækker mad og god behandling i restauranten

Intet. Men havde været skønt med en lille pool i spa :-)
