Excellent stay

The indoor pool and the play area for the kids is amazing. The apartment was great, comfortable bed, nice hot shower, decent kitchen, everything was clean.

We liked everything. We just have a suggestion that they could offer one washing machine capsule per night of stay, even if we have to pick it up at the front desk only in case we need it.

Very poor customer service.

Great setting with a lot to offer.

The staff at the restaurant were very poor. Went for food at 8.50pm. Was told that it was closing but to go to the Italian restaurant on property. The last orders were at 9pm so to get there before that. We arrived at 8.55pm and spoke with the person at 8.56pm. We were told the last orders were 9pm. I showed them the time which was 8.56. They said that they had 4 orders already which they had to prepare for 9pm. So their reason was not the last orders for 9pm but all food was to be ready by 9pm even though they were open till 10pm. Absolutely ridiculous situation. Last orders means last orders. We wanted to put in an order but we're prohibited. Did not get any food that night and went to bed hungry. Ruined the whole experience of the place.

nice indoor play area and god choice for breakfast, but otherwise not ideal for families

the indoor play area was specious and offered great entertainment for our son.

The Hotel did not fulfill our expectation as family friendly as we could not find the changing room,there was no chance for our child to wash his hands without being lifted, the child’s buffet was out of reach and the night we did eat dinner at the hotel all sauces contained alcohol at a very high price. Unfortunately our room was not clean and we had a dirty ash tray on the balcony.

Brilliant hotel with great location, pleasant service and fabulous breakfast

- Breakfast was fabulous - The locations is superb in the middle of fields, very good for kinda soul retreat. Not far from national parks though. - Very friendly and helpful staff - Entrance to the Splash family center is included. It's very entertaining - Big free parking lot - A supplementary bottle of water

- Uncomfortable pillows - A sink is installed outside a bathroom for some reason, just next to the entrance door. So it can be noisy to use it if your child (or someone else) is sleeping - A shower head needs to be cleaned of calcium deposits - No bathrobes in a room

Surrounded by nature, comfortable bed and rooms

Pool, spa and gym area in need of significant updating, opening hours of gym restricted, lines infront of coffee machines at breakfast, some rooms overlook parking lot while others have beautiful view.

Not a 4 Star Resort

- Excellent indoor playground and pool - The apartment is spacious - Baby camping bed came with an extra mattress - Good breakfast - Friendly and helpful staff

- The curtains don't shut the light out, so expect your kids to rise with the sun (for us it was 5:30) and there is still light in the room until 20:30 so it was a very hard bedtime! - All the furniture and kitchen appliances are very outdated (think early 90's) - cleanliness is about 7 out of 10. - The double bed has one large duvet (for us it's a minus cause we don't like it, we sleep with separate duvets). - Very poor wifi signal Overall: We were expecting a 4 star resort as advertised, but unfortunately that is far from reality. The kids had a lot of fun, the 'Splash' family center was excellent, but otherwise, we would rather visit just the 'Splash' (it's open to the public and not a part of the hotel) and stay in another hotel in Rügen with better facilities and comfort level.

perfect hotel for a relaxed stay with kids

Very spacious apartment, very good breakfast buffet, nice location in the countryside. The kids club, the huge indoor playground and the pool with the big slide were absolute highlights - our kids loved them!

We felt the dinner buffet was perhaps a little pricey, but at least the food was good. Overall we had a great time at the hotel and would recommend it to others!

Food was delicious and the way dinners are organised was a nice idea. Dinner is a little bit expensive but at least one time it's worth it.

Aquapark is around 10min away so you have to walk also by very cold and rainy weather. No restaurant by foot...you have to drive a car to reach some restaurants (except hotels restaurant)

Great location, nice family atmosphere. Great content for kids. The hotel employees are very polite and approachable. We easily agreed on an earlier check-in. We will surely come back again! :)

Okay-ish stay with great sauna and breakfast

The aqua center makes the day. It has nice pool with a slide, children's pool is also good, but the highlight is sauna section. It has a hamam (which is actually not that good), a 60° sauna, a 90° sauna, which are great. The main part about sauna section is that it has an exit into entirely private yard with a pond, where you can relax and chill.

We lived in a so called apartment: room in a separate house. The room was old and dirty: really a lot of dust everywhere. The furniture is old, as are doors, windows and everything else in the apartment. Front door of the house did not close properly (could be opened without a key). Bathroom didn't have a soap dish. Photos on booking.com don't correspond to reality: everything in the photos is way better than it actually is.

Book better an Appartment...

The landscape amazing for walking in the nature. The room, we had an Appartment was really cosy and nice, with separate room for the kids and a kitchen. The waterpark is nice could be bigger same for the indoor playground

The food. We have booked only the breakfast and the first night we arrived we decided to try the dinner.. 35€ per person and the nice person at the entrance offer for the kids only to book for one at the half price... Anyway the choose was really not good, not enough choice, me and my husband felt the next day sick, stomach pain, and that for 101€... All the rest is really nice of the resort... This is the second time we go, we will remember for the next time not to book any food, not even breakfast, and just take again the nice Appartment we had and cook ourselves.

A nice break , awesome sunset from the balcony,

NIce location of apartments specifically apartments at the edge have an un interrupted view of the open fields could even spot deers grazing in the fields . Used the Splash facilities and my son enjoyed it the most.

Kitchen equipment could be more better maybe a better coffee machine. if you are someone who always like to be connected then wifi will matter and it ok near the router but very weak as you step away.

Exceptional

We spent a long weekend Here with the Kids and it is just perfect for that. Rügen is beautiful and the Resort is ready to accomodate even by Bad weather. the Appartement wasn't very large but it was warm and cozy. Internet Connection was outstanding, we could even watch Netflix. The personnel was friendly and Professional.

Due to the Energy savings measures, the Pool Water was really cold Alas,this will hopefully Change in the Future.

Exceptional

I loved all about the hotel. It was fantastic! The location is fantastic with lot of space. There are a lot of details that makes the stay pleasant: space to play for children in Hotel and also in a extra building (play park), Mikey Mousse makes a visit every weekend (at 9am and at 18pm) and the children enjoy it a lot. For adult and children there is a Swimmingpool and directly there you find a sauna for adults. The personal are very helpful and grateful. Sometimes in the evening there is live music in the bar and you can hear some musician with a guitar. I recommend it a lot, excellent with children. And also half pension (the buffet is tasteful).
