The vacation apartment is located in a well-maintained, spacious vacation complex in the center of Neddesitz—in the municipality of Sagard—and offers the ideal starting point for excursions across Germany’s largest island!

The swimming pool is just a few steps away. There, you’ll find fun and relaxation in the spacious pool area with a slide, a toddler pool, a spacious sauna area, and a large beauty and wellness area! Please note that admission to the water park is not included in the price!
Vacation Apartment No. 35, with its own entrance, is approximately 55 square meters in size and is located on the first floor of a beautiful vacation home. The two-room apartment comfortably accommodates 4 people.
The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a terrace.
The spacious bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe. The spacious and bright living area offers space for two additional guests to sleep on a pull-out sofa bed. In addition to a seating area, there is a dining table. The open-concept kitchen is well-equipped with a stove and oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Of course, other kitchen appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle are part of the standard equipment!
Floor-to-ceiling windows lead out to the terrace. Spend many sunny hours here enjoying the magnificent view of the surrounding greenery.
The naturally lit bathroom with a shower and toilet is bright and modern.
