Lovely Hotel Near the Seine River and Eiffel Tower

Very near to Seine River and Eiffel Tower, I had a river cruise so very ideal Location and most of all walkable. The Hotel is very nice, Lovely Staff and a good Breakfast.

Location. Fairly central. Just 2-3 minutes walk from the bus stop, metro as well as the RER station, super convenient. Free coffee and snacks all day. Pretty cool.

I got the family apartment. The space was good, there’s microwave, coffee maker, plates, napkins, bathroom amenities and the bed was comfy. There’s a pizza place right beside the hotel with great pizza.

The noise coming from the metro or train nearby. It is not loud, it happens that I’m a light sleeper.

Decent hotel

Nice and clean, very close to the Metro station. Good mattress and pillows, plenty space in the room for 2 people. Good hotel if you okay to travel by transport to the central city.

The breakfast was good, but very limited, almost no choice. There are renovations going on next to the hotel and it was noisy on weekdays. There is no door in the bathroom, fortunately the toilet is separate.

Bathroom design. No glass door, so splashes water all over the floor everytime we shower, even we just aim shower at the corner tryin so hard avoiding splashes outside

Good for quick business trips, not for family vacations

+ Fast hot water + Free WiFi (though slow and disconnects constantly) + Location near mall and metro entrances + Friendly staff (though inexperienced)

- Room phone doesn't work, can't contact room service or reception - Shower with no privacy and open to the room which has its AC constantly on - At one point we were locked out of our rooms for almost an hour, because the corridor door locked our wing, and staff didn't know how to unlock it - Rooms are too tight, and dimensions are not as advertised, we could barely stand or have space for our luggage - Though we were on high floor, and windows always closed, somehow flies found their way into the rooms - Bed sheets always dirty and had hair in it - Carpets seem to have not been vacuumed in months - Don't leave stuff out, even invaluable items, House keeping will throw it out, and management won't help or compensate - Rooms are NOT sound proo (wooden floors constantly cracking and you hear every step above you, loud other rooms door slamming that shakes our room, very thin walls) - One day there was drilling sounds throughout the afternoon By the 3rd day, we couldn't take it and were looking for alternatives hotels, as this experience was becoming unbearable.

Expensive but OK.

Check in and out, reception called taxi for us which arrived on time. Breakfast was good. Family run Italian restaurant next door is good.

Nearby metro trains caused vibration that could be felt in our 2nd floor room. Room shape made getting to one side of bed very awkward. Plastic sheet under bedsheet caused the bed to be very hot and sweaty.

Great location close to metro and Eiffel tower with lovely staff

Location was close to the Eiffel tower and a metro entrance very close. Staff were extremely helpful and offered to bring our bags down when the elevator broke. Breakfast was yummy and place was clean with a cute vibe. Staff spoke good English

Could hear the sirens from the 4th floor and footsteps above. Toilet was a tight fit.

The room was large for Paris and very comfortable and quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly. We loved the neighborhood feel. The hotel is near the Seine, the metro, and a train station.

Very enjoyable shame about the work being carried out at the hotel.

No breakfast as they wanted to serve in your room due to refurbishment work being carried out we didn’t feel this was exceptable so went out for breakfast which was a shame as the breakfast looked nice. The hotel staff were nice & helpful we didn’t get rooms close together to start with but they made it possible by moving one couple from one floor to another.

No fire escape in my sisters room & bars on the windows which I find odd we didn’t have bars on the windows but had scaffolding as a view. The bedroom area was small & became very hot at night, there was air con but we don’t like to use this too much. A bit of a walk from attractions. A good distance from CDG airport costing approx 70 euros each way. The cleanliness was excellent.

The location is good.

1. Incompetent and inattentive staffs 2. Weird room layout no curtains or screen door at shower 3. Boxed breakfast was delivered to the room and though was unlimited when asked for refill mostly that was ignored 4. Uncomfortable temperature control 5. Hotel under renovation which was not mentioned during booking 6. Basic toiletries provided only even for body lotion had to ask several times 7. Poor check out experience even after paying city tax a day prior that was not uploaded in system and causing unnecessary harassment during check out 8. Very small wardrobe 9. Final verdict except for location nothing is of worth in this hotel

The location is perfect. I coudn’t complain. It is very close to the metro and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Many restaurants and supermarkets also surrounded the hotel. The bed and rooms are very comfortable clean.

Rooms were newly redecorated so clean and fresh. staff were very helpful and friendly.

very disappointing place, depressing and not value for money.

The property was very disappointing.

The rooms are very small, the breakfast was a total rip off. The breakfast place is so cramped that hardly any place to sit. it’s a small kitchen with few things on offer. Coffee machine dint have all the coffees available. When the food got finished it was not replenished on time. We asked for an extra bed but the springs were coming out of the bed and was hurting to a point that one person slept on the floor. The area is close to station but very depressing and hardly good places to eat.
