Great location. Host was really informative and helpful.The staff Fatima, Ahamed and Zineb were great. Zineb looked after us for most of the time. She is a great cook with a good sense of humour. We really enjoyed our stay. It was our first time in North Africa loved the food.James & Christel Graham Surrey UK. .

What a find! If you are looking for a home-from-home experience but a world away, this is it! The riad is beautiful, smells divine, just moments from the fun and bustle of the souk and square and hosted by the kindest people you could care to meet, who will look after you in every way. We were very sad to leave. Thank you Pierre, Zineb and Ahmed for the delicious food on the roof terrace, for walking us to find our drivers and for all the recommended trips and bookings. Wonderful memories made of an incredible place.

Great location close to everything. No need to carry luggage or wheel luggage to this place as there are plenty of people willing to cart luggage to the Riad for a very nominal amount of 5 euros. Make sure you use the Riad’s car service. It’s cheap and easy. Lastly, the breakfast is amazing as well as the accurate description of this beautiful Riad.

We spent 4 nights , arriving on an evening flight . Pierre had given useful advice beforehand and remained in touch during our stay.We were met at the airport and it is a short drive to the Medina . Ahmed led us through narrow streets and alleys to the Riad where a meal was waiting. We had a tour of the Medina the next day , the following day a trip to Imlil , and on final day explored more of Marrakesh.Pierre's transport and guide arrangements worked perfectly . Dar Yaoumi is very well located , it was clean and everything in working order . Small shops and a money change bureau are within a minute walk. Fatima , Zohar and Ahmed took good care of us with a mixture of French and English . We had two evening meals in the Riad and ate in restaurants in the main square on other evenings . We had a most enjoyable stay and can recommend this as a good place to stay and especially the support of local knowledge and contacts so you make the most of your visit. Many thanks to Pierre and his team.
