Super staff, well trained and educated, perfectly dressed, always friendly. The interior design is from Bella Epoche, the hotel is also managed as a grand luxury hotel. They pay attention to every detail, clean the room every day, change bed linings every night, a hotel I miss for many years in Europe, where will always be lectured how to be correct.

The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. The staff is wonderful, from the moment you enter the hotel to the cleaning service. The massage staff is excellent, as is the mud therapy. The doctor's examination was very thorough. The chef is very good, and the breakfasts are plentiful, especially the wide selection of pastries. The service in the restaurant is very fast.
The only drawback is that you can go into the pool without a cap and the staff doesn’t make any comments.

Staff very helpful and polite, especially the ones at the spa dealing with fango mud treatments and massages. Food in restaurants was nice and hotel location perfect. Rooms were conford, spacious and clean.
Air conditioning and heating was not working ok, but the staff did the best to fix it, offering to us also additional heater in the meantime. However for a 5 stars hotel, heating system problems in the room are not normal, moreover when customers are having massages, mud treatments or using the pool and going back to a cold room after having them.
