Pool area was nice, room was comfortable.
Hot tubs could be hotter and the jets should be turned on. Hauling luggage up steps wasn't great.

Hot pools, food restaurants, outlook from room
The rooms appeared to need touch ups and maintenance. I didn’t really think they presented to the standard that I would expect for the price.

Reception was very nice and staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area was extensive, with lots of spas available. Good parking available.
Room smelt like a fish and chip shop and just didn't feel clean and modern, which was the impression I had got when checking in at reception. Was disappointed for the price.
