This hotel did feel like a 5 star hotel from the point of entry. Room was decent also. Only thing is you are away from killarney so just be prepared for that. It's more of a hotel you stay in for a few days. The pool is a little small.

Pros: The property offers spacious rooms with amazing views ensuring a comfortable stay.. The hotel is well maintained and the buffet breakfast was exceptional.. The pool and spa are lovely.
The staff truly make the difference providing friendly and attentive service throughout the visit .
Cons : Door in shower could do with some WD40..
Kettle in wardrobe, so if you were a tea drinker, you’d think there was no facility for you.
Whilst the location gives you amazing views, it’s a good bit out of town..

They upgraded us to a nice suite with a view of the lake. Bed linens are luxurious. Only negative for us… pool and spa area is very dated
