The location was very good. The hotel staff was kind and helpful, it’s a good value of money.
The room was somewhat old, the elevator was sometimes a disaster, we stayed at 15th floor and it took us more than 20 mins to go down to the restaurant.

Staffs (especially Ana) were so kind and did everything to make us happy, early check-in was really very good opportunity for us since we came earlier, beds and pillows were so comfortable, room was well equipped and so clean and the last but not least the breakfast was really one of the best I have seen.

Breakfast was ok, room service was ok
Staff was super friendly and helpful
Was booking for big double bed and didn't get that and beds were not comfortable for sleeping, got pain in body.
