Great location. Staff very helpful and complex very nice. Staff constantly cleaning around. Pool areas cleaned every morning without fail. Mini market right next door which is very helpful

Entertainment is only on 4 nights a week and none at the weekend. I have been to this hotel 4 times and the entertainment is still not great. Would certainly think about putting some new entertainment on

This is a nice quite 2 story complex. Staff are very friendly and apartments are spotless. Bar has entertainment on most nights and complex is less than 1 minute walk to the Europa Centre. Have stayed here 4 times now and will certainly be back for another stay. Gets the sun around the pool from early morning until the evening time

The pools are freezing cold and they could have more choice when it comes to lunch and dinner times. Also there is only WiFi access in the reception. Would love to see this extended to the rooms.

The hotel is way past its prime but has all the amenities you will need for a longer stay. The staff is ok, could be a little more polite. It wasn’t sparking clean but wasn’t dirty either. I mean the top shelves and the top of the door hadn’t been cleaned in a while but at this ratting ai wouldn’t have expected them to be.

We arrived 10 minutes after 15:00 and yet we had to wait for an additional 45 minutes for the room to be ready. To quote the receptionist the check in hour is not that strict. However the check out hour si very strict :). Also at checkout they were very surprised and rude that we insisted to get the deposit back right away, and of course we had to wait for 15 more minutes for somebody to do “the inspection”. The main door was shabby and not very secure so we didn’t leave anything valuable in the room. I wouldn’t have expected them to provide brand new towels but neither was I expecting to get towels and sheets with wholes in them when paying about 100 euro per night.
