Location was perfect central to everything. The rooms are very spacious and check in was easy although there were no staff communication was great from the hotel owners themselves through booking.com
Nothing could be done about the heat. It made it hard to sleep. It being very central meant sleeping with windows open 3 a great option due to noise. Again nothing the hotel itself could do about ether of these problems.

Very close to the center of Bruges. Room and stairwells decorated very cute, they made you smile no matter how tired you were coming back. Beds were comfortable.
Towels needed to be upgraded and replaced. They were very thin!

The location was prime. It had a lot of space.
The whole place smelled like sewer. The toilet room was minuscule - and difficult to maneuver in. The place felt a little dingey and dirty. There was really no place to sit except the bed.
