Very nice has everything you need.
Could have some more entertainment in the evening for children (kids disco) and no clubs for u der 4 years old.

The location was perfect and the breakfast was fantastic. The service and the people at Guest services really go the extra mile to provide the little touches of brilliance and customer service that was fully appreciated. The accommodation was drop dead gorgeous and I want to come back to my room 221 every year!!
The pools were a little small and not up to the same standard as the other amenities. Also the several 'chats' between myself and the hotel seemed very neutral and impersonal and robotic when I was trying to get as much information as possible when in anticipation of what to expect. The pools weren't as expected and my expectations weren't met..

The complex is lovely, I have stayed on the different sites in different rooms across the complex.
The room we had was quite cold, even with the heaters. The door was also damaged with multiple cracks in it that was a safety concern. The bed was also very hard.
