Obiekt zamieszcza zdjęcia i opisy niezgodne z ofertą, tłumacząc się tym, że booking sam wybiera sobie zdjęcia. Za oknami jest kort, nie jezioro, przez co od rana do wieczora jest głośno. Nie ma osobnego wejścia, wszystkie pokoje mieszczą się w korytarzu obok kuchni. Łazienki są stare, zdjęcie nowej łazienki dodane do każdego pokoju z ogłoszenia pochodzi z innego, jedynego wyremontowanego pokoju. Obsługa na miejscu jest nieuprzejma i uważa, że żadnego problemu nie ma.
