Palazzo Senape De Pace

Location, Location, Location--was fabulous. Centre of the old town and easy walks to the laneways with many, many shops and restaurants. Also an easy walk across the bridge to the new town. Our Host Gabriella was terrific--nothing was too much trouble and the after hours book-in instructions were detailed and very easy to follow. The rooftop 360 deg views were exceptional--top of the town. Loved the terrace outside our room for our use. The room was spacious and the shower was fantastic. The lift was a pleasant surprise. Parking at the Port was easy and not far from the B & B.

The breakfast was very disappointing and limited, with no variation. Fresh melon and plums which were available for the first few days, disappeared never to return for the last week of our stay. As we love our breakfasts, this very limited offering was a real letdown. More comfortable furniture, both inside the room and on the terrace, would have been appreciated.

We loved the location, the cleanliness, the breakfast on the rooftop, the fact that it had an elevator. Rooms were nice and beds comfortable.

can't think of anything. I know the elevator was down at one point and a woman had arriving had to carry her luggage upstairs but the elevator was quickly fixed, which was appreciated.

Friendly attentive staff. Very welcoming!

A little dated but beds were very comfortable and very clean rooms! Aircon was weak at night.

Location was very good. Breakfast terrace and terrace off triple room was a good size. Lady serving breakfast was lovely and friendly.

Disappointed with size of triple room for which we paid a lot extra for. Same size as standard double but with terrace. Breakfast lacked cheeses, ham and really just covered the basics. Air con could do with upgrading. Ended up being forced to pay 70% extra for our rooms due to shockingly bad communication with the property. Had to rebook room and spent nearly 10 days trying to resolve issues with this property as we prepared to travel. Very dissatisfied with the communication and especially the price we ended up paying for this peoperty when we booked at a reasonable price the previous year.
