Hotel RF San Borondon

The staff was amazing, we went with my granny, she is using a wheelchair and they were helpful and lovely to her, especially mentioning to the cleaning room staff.

There is no air conditioning

The location is very good. The reception area is very beautiful, the staff were nice and helped us find parking beforehand. The breakfast was very varied and good. The room is big, clean and has a nice terrace.

The door to the terrace cannot be safely closed or locked so we didn't feel safe. We had to rent the safe box in our room to keep our valuables. The amenities are very basic, there is no water kettle and no cups. There is no parking directly at the location, but this was clearly explained beforehand.

The staff were very pleasant and friendly, which we truly appreciated. The location is also very convenient — it’s quiet, yet close to bars and the charming streets of the city, so you get the best of both worlds. The breakfasts were generally good, although we would have liked to see more vegetables.

The dinners were quite average, and personally, we wouldn’t choose to book them again. The hotel itself feels quite worn and in need of renovation. The bathrooms did not feel very clean, and some details could definitely be improved. There was no kettle or even glasses for water in the room, which was surprising and inconvenient. The pool water was also very cold, which made it less enjoyable. Another downside is that there is no parking at the hotel. Finding a parking spot nearby is quite difficult, and you have to be very lucky to park close to the property. Overall, the stay was okay, but the hotel would definitely benefit from some updates and improvements.
