Very good . Spa and gym opened from 4-8pm which was great.

Maybe the facilities aren’t brand new and some areas need maintenance.

Second time at the property - slightly chaotic check in not helped by a large group who would not accept that they could not check in by just using photocopies of IDs - police were called and situation was calmed down, not the hotels fault at all.

Not much - apartments are pretty well equipped - washing machine a bonus, they are large apartments with plenty of space, a bit old and worn out in parts but nothing excessive

We were staying there because we went to Portaventura for 2 days and it was really close ( by car less than 10 minutes) . They offer parking but there were enough free spaces on the road beside the apartment. The apartment was really nice, balconies in each room, comfortable beds, nicely decorated and clean. As we were 5, 2 adults and 3 kids, they provided us with a foldable extra bed which we put in one of the bedrooms. It was especially great having 2 bathrooms. As it was low season , all restaurants in the area were closed, so we found a supermarket in walking distance and cooked in the apartment. We found everything needed and enjoyed our stay with our 3 kids. Only downside was that the indoor pool and sauna/ spa complex was closed during our stay but it said so on the website when we booked, so we knew about it. They also have a big pool in the communal area which is open in summer, so we are looking forward to return. The check- in was super quick, you have to leave by 11am and when doing earlier, you can just put you apartment key in a letter box. The reception area has a vending machine selling drinks and also a coffee machine.

Size of the property

People above throwing their rubbish over balcony into mine. Dishwasher was missing. Noisy, partying residents at night. No seating/loungers around pool.
