Overpriced and arrogant staff

Location. Breakfast

Steep stairs where they put me 3 floors up in a pokey little attic room . Wifi PW didn’t work for the first night for which they blamed my phone. Second day i had to insist on help with solving the wifi issue. An extremely rude and arrogant owner arrived who put the pw into my phone, which the receptionist had done personally the previous evening, and it worked. When i asked him what the issue was he became even more agitated and aggressive standing over me at the breakfast table.

Worth the money in a lovely location.

The room as nice and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was also great. The location is really good and parking is available. The location is quite advanced with their own app and they offer a lot of useful information.

I think that the bathroom needs some work as it seemed like an afterthought and was very tiny. Also the clealiness could be improved there- I do not want to see hair anywhere that does not belong to me. Also check out at 10:30 is a bit early I think.

Very good breakfast, great location, very friendly and helpful people. Anything you can wish for!

It was not a problem for us, but you shouldn't book in the side building / pension if you're not good on your feet. The staircase is really narrow and potentially dangerous if you've already have issues with your balance. Contact the owners before booking if you are worried about that. You also shouldn't get home too drunk, probably. Just kidding;)

The breakfast was huge. The location is great, bus stop is 100m, beach is 200m. This is a small hotel, totaly renovated, with beautiful furniture,owner is friendly,helpful. Higly recommended, come here and see it.

Everything was just perfect! The owners of the hotel were super friendly. Delicious breakfast, facilities and room super clean and very homey. Parking just in front of the hotel and location perfect very close to the beach and to major attractions like Keukenhof. Highly recommend it!

It was nice.

The breakfast was really nice, I loved it! It was tasty and fresh. The room size wasn't big but was perfectly organized. The toilets were very clean and there was a detiol and cleaners for me to use. I think it is perfect for 1 or 2 days stay.

The room wasn't sound-proof. I was able to hear other guests, also when I walk, I hear my footsteps, I am sure the guests down stairs wanted to kill me :D

Prima verblijf, beetje vreemd in een straat met rijtjeswoningen.

Ontbijt was super goed en zeer vriendelijk personeel.
