Basic accommodation near the beach

Good location for visiting family in Noordwijk. The bar and lounge areas of the hotel were erg gezellig.

Room was very dated and basic. The bathroom was very cold, no heating.

A good hotel, with friendly staff.

The staff were courteous and professional and the location was good.

The rib eye steak I had in the restaurant was one of the worst I have ever eaten. When you pay nearly thirty euros for a steak and chips it should at least be good. The pan was clearly not hot enough, it was not medium rare and it was chewy. Very dissapointing, and if it hadn't been served by nice staff I would have sent it back and not ordered another one in its place. A truly shocking bit of cookery.

Room was really hot as no AC and had it had a funny smell. View from balcony to sea was lovely but balcony itself was very shabby and looked down onto dirty roofs. Pretty expensive for what is was.

Room was large with balcony & sea view, obviously refurbished (this used to be a Golden Tulip hotel), bar and restaurant outdated, do not fit to the overall concept as far as we could notify, location great! For a real special breakfast pick one of the clubs/restaurants directly on the beach!

Very small rooms, no Air Conditioning in the rooms, minimal facilities in the toilet. The foot towel wasn't replaced even though old one was taken away.

Dirty and NO hospitality

Not much for the amount I paid

The bed was dirty. There was sand in there and I had to change rooms in the middle of the night (because I came in bed late). Other than that, we wanted to do a drink in the hotel bar and they said it was open till 11. You had to order with QR. It took VERY long until they brought the drinks. And we ordered again at 10.55 for the last round, but then the QR was already closed and when we asked at the lobby they said we couldn’t get anything because the kitchen was closed. The weird thing is there was a bar, we just wanted a few wines. They said they weren’t able to do anything. This is NOT hospitality and we were on time.
