Was perfect time to be at a perfect place

Me and my partner love the hotel the location, the rooftop style pool was amazing the sauna was very peaceful the view from room, bar and restaurant was so calming to us. Will definitely go back and recommend to friends and family

Nice place but for that money you expect that all described comfort, like the airco, is functioning.

The environment and swimming pool.

Sheets and bed was not clean (hair). The first night we slept in a temperature of almost 27 degrees. The airco was not working. The second night 25.5 degrees. Reception told us that they couldn't do anything about it.

AC not functioning in the room, no coffee machine or fridge in room, spare decor in junior suite, uncomfortable pillows, sparse bedding (just a thin duvet.)

Nice small hotel in beautiful location for short retreat.

Option for early check in. Location. Breakfast. Parking with EV. Hotel’s construction. Quality of towels and bathrobes. Lobby bar location and surrounding. Staff is very friendly and easy to deal with.

All menus were in German, at least ones I saw. Dinner (half-board) was good but in overall did not meet my expectations in terms of meal choices, and their taste(with some exceptions like tasty carrots soup with coco milk). First evening after 1 hour I’ve only got a 1st course, so total time for a dinner was way too long. I couldnt imagine how would I manage it if I would come met my kids. Second evening was much better but interesting that with same full restaurant.

A pleasant experience but the mediocre food made it not worth the high price.

My favorite part of the hotel was the sauna. The view from the pool and from the room were both lovely. We liked walking around the lake and taking the paddle boats out. The room slept 3 with room to spare.

The pool was too cold and my 10-year-old couldn't stand anywhere in it. The food was mediocre. My husband found several of the (meat/fish) dinners to be totally tasteless. The set menu (Halb Pension) changed nightly for meat eaters but was the same every night for vegetarians. The coffee at breakfast was so bitter it was undrinkable.

Modern, spacious and immaculately clean rooms. We booked a lake view room and were not disappointed! Restaurant and food very nice. Staff very accommodating.

As this hotel is advertising on an international platform it is necessary to offer menus and information in the room in a language other than German. Most 4 star hotels have this as standard.

All in all a nice getaway at a really nice location

We loved the location and interior design of this modern looking hotel. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The spa area is small, yet enough for a short getaway over the weekend. The rooftop pool is warm enough to have a comfortable swim even when the weather is a bit chilly and windy. Deckchairs are new and the view from the roof down to the lake is fantastic.

Eventhough we had a wonderful room with a view to the woods, the sound of the generator was quite disturbing during the night. We had to shut the window- which was a bit unfortunate, because we’re used to sleep with a tilted window.

An extremely relaxing wellness weekend in a beautiful area.

The service we experienced in the hotel was excellent, all staff we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. We truly felt a welcomed guest. The diners we had in the hotel restaurant were very good, nice combinations of food and when needed small changes in menu/course were possible in case one of use requested. When we had one slight issue during one of our diners, caused by a miscommunication in the kitchen, our waitress apologized immediately and offered a nice cognac as compensation.
