Ewes Water Log Cabins

Love going to this cabin,third year going,its beautiful, peaceful, it has everything you need and it's cosy with the log burner. Beds are comfy, and our wee pugs Love it, have a wee garden for them to run around.

Beautiful structure and very cosy . Cafe served good value, quality and quantity food. Good vegetarian choices. Great location for walks and the nature reserve

On a very main road. At busy times with heavy lorries thundering past it wasn’t quite noisy . The photos of the beautiful log cabin give the impression of a remote peaceful location .

The cabin was absolutely fantastic and looked exactly as it was described! It was spotless, spacious, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need—a real home from home. We had a great night's sleep every single night. It is situated just outside Langholm but an easy walk to shops and places to eat The customer service was exceptional; everyone we spoke to over the phone and met in person was incredibly helpful and friendly. Make sure to pop into the on-site cafe too, as we had a brilliant breakfast there. We couldn't fault a thing!

It’s was large, roomy & have a log burner.

The noise! I read the reviews before booking and thought it can’t be that bad but unfortunately I have to say it is very noticeable and does wake you up. I live next to train tracks so usually don’t notice outside noises as much but this was very loud. Another small thing that I noticed was cobwebs, a quick dusting on the high ceilings would be good.
