Staff were very friendly & accomodating, it felt very safe and welcoming environment. Room was very clean, and overall the hotel had great facilities in a small town like Bacalar.

Quiet location but only a sort walk to restaurants, shops and the marina, friendly staff, clean and very well decorated, good breakfast. Pet lovers will be delighted with Loox , the resident dog

I paid for two double beds and I got one bed and one mattress on the floor. not in a nice street and very dark and not nice view from the room.
