Location, pool, level of kitchen equipment.
The villa smelt very musty initially especially in the wardrobes. To the extent we didn’t put our clothes in. Took a few days of airing and smelly candles to improve it.
Beds were terrible, a mattress on top of a sheet of MDF with holes in it. Two of them were broken and we had to change them with spare beds. Mattresses also smelled musty where they rested on the wood.The bedside drawers also smelt. Not nice but we were able to cope with it and improve it.

Peaceful and quiet location.
BBQ condition not good and bath shower very slippy needs matts. No locks on bathroom doors.
