Ein schönes sauberes Apartment in guter Lage, mit einer super Vermieterin (zuverlässig, jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit)! 3 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt , ca 10 min zum Strand und ebenso kurze Wege zu den Restaurants. Bad mit Dusche , Schlafraum mit Klimaanlage , Blick auf die ruhige Zufahrtsstraße - alles okay !
die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen, und einige wenige Kleinigkeiten hätten wir uns gewünscht - einen kleinen Tisch und auch gern Wassergläser. die zusätzlichen Stromgebühren und das die Klimaanlage nur mit dem Haustürschlüssel funktioniert :( wenn man unterwegs ist wird es schnell warm im Zimmer

Die Vermieterin ist Sehr nett, immer hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar ! Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen in einer Straße ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Wir hatten ein Apartment zur Meerseite mit einem Tollen Blick über Cariati, allerdings mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern. Das Frühstück war "italienisch" und perfekt + sehr Nett !! Kurze Wege zum einkaufen und zu tollen Restaurants sowie zum Strand. Das Apartment ist rustikal italienisch eingerichtet, aber nett anzuschauen.
Wir hätten uns einen kleinen Tisch im Apartment und ein Paar Gläser, um mal Wasser zu trinken gewünscht. So etwas fehlte leider komplett. Auch hat uns die zusätzlichen Kosten für Strom gewundert, die pro Kopf und Tag gezahlt werden mussten. Die Klimaanlage ist nur mit Haustürschlüssel anzuschalten - wenn man nicht da ist wird es warm.
