Poor sound insulation. EVERYTHING could be heard from the neighboring rooms.

Good points – very adequate price, great location and very safe parking lot (though generally parking safety is not a big issue in Lithuania). Room was clean and quite suitable for one night stay.
Note that rooms on the ground floor have no view (the window is high above) and are somewhat dank this rainy summer. And quite noisy. The most annoying thing was that I had to call the administrator on the phone to ask how to deal with the door lock, which operated quite weirdly and I would not have known how to unlock or lock it without being told about quirky details of how to move the handle simultaneously with the key in the lock.
