Really love the location, the staff was super nice and helpful.

Staff were very nice and helpful with a personal care attitude. The room was very clean and well equipped. The location is excellent with close proximity to town center leas than 10 minutes walk. The only advice is to book hotel parking ahead of stay as much as possible since hotel parking spaces are limited. Street parking is very difficult.

Wonderfully located room with views of the city from the balcony. Extremely friendly staff with a wealth of recommendations about Santander (restaurants, attractions).
