Clean neat apartments, friendly employees and very good location. The good thing is that there is available a bomb shelter, in case of sirens and alerts. We were lucky to have a peaceful night, but it easy to access a shelter - there are arrows which will take you there.

Ibis is known for its standards, but I was ashamed how shelter was poorly equipped for guests. I spent 1 night in this hotel, literary one night in shelter, and it was a shame how hotel guests were treated in comparison to employees of McDonalds. That was a shared shelter, and the hotel has poor plastic chairs with lack of blankets in comparison to sofas for McDonalds staff. It was a pain to see a young lady with newly born child sitting the hotel night on this plastic chair. I think it is important to take care of guests more and equip the shelter properly.
