We really enjoyed our first visit to Gatlinburg. The condo is in a great location with central access to the main part of downtown. This condo was well taken care of, the check in and check out instructions were clear and simple. Although a small detail to some, i appreciate that we weren't required to "clean" before leaving like so many other vacation rentals (although we still kept the rental tidy and did walk our own trash to the bear-proof dumpster. We were 4 days into our vacation by the time we got to gatlinburg, so we did take advantage of the onsite coin laundry. The laundry area is secure and clean and all washers and dryers were reasonably priced and functional. We would absolutely stay here again without hesistation.

This condo is conveniently located in Gatlinburg. It is with walking distance of town, which is wonderful because it is hard to get parking. The sofa bed was not particularly comfortable, but the bed and the bedroom was very nice. The condo was a bit outdated, but it served our purpose for a few days.

Two adults stayed several days during spring break. The space was clean and comfortable. The location within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg was great! You get excellent mountain sunset views from the window at the end of the complex's hallway. We had planned to cook several dinners, but found that the kitchen was not sufficiently stocked (there were 5 frying pans and 3 strainers, but only one tiny pot and no cutting boards or toaster). We never saw anyone in the front office during our stay.
