Would be useful if some resort information were placed in the apartment. We spent the evening on an information discovery exercise in to be ready for skiing the next day.

Apartment 3: Functional family stay apartment for a self-catering ski-holiday, good value for money.

The apartment 3 (on 2nd floor) was good value for family visit, functional clean IKEA kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher, (with washing tablets provided!) dining table and crockery for 6. Lots of space with a living room, nice balconies and hallway to hang ski clothes in. Funky tiles in the bathroom. Haus City is in a good location in the middle of Saas-Grund, with a small but decent COOP supermarket within walking distance, and the post-bus stop close by for public transport to Saas-Fee.

The bedrooms did not have side lights for reading, now only a ceiling light that switches off by the door only, so bring your own torch for a night read! Kitchen has no microwave nor a teapot, which is a big minus. Could also have more than one cutting board.

Perfect location, the accomodation is large with a nice kitchen.

The double bed was is little too soft for me; the cuttlery is a bit scarse: a tea ball or a salad bowl would be welcomed.

Super markets, Bus Stop and restaurants near by. Parking place available for the guests. Rules and facilities well explained by the care take. Staff were easy to reach by phone. Locationis not far from.SaaS Fee.

Just one thing. Hand wash was not provided with the logic that it is not Hotel but apartment however in many apartments we had got in the past. It is not an issue but known before hand then travellers can go prepared.

It says free parking but there was no parking and noone was picking up the phone, it says free baby bed but we got a bed construction with no mattress, it says free toiletries but there was not even soap during pandemic!

Don't go there, too expensive for what's just over a youth hostel.

There was Netflix on the TV....so sad that this is the only positive point.

Apartment is not well maintained with mold stains in the bathroom. Cleaning was insufficient, had to go all over again. Supposed to welcome families, but only wineglass provided (how practical). Nothing in the apartment for holiday renters: not even a soap provided, you need to buy everything: soap, can opener, scissors, dishwasher tablets, household paper, kitchen cleaning spray (needed since they so nicely tell you you need to leave the kitchen spotless), etc. Shower had the smallest curtain ever, toilet paper was soaked from previous customer for this reason but was not replaced. We payed for 5 but only 4 towel set provided. Insufficient parking lots for the number of apartments...so expensive for nothing, definitely not the three stars advertised.

Sehr schlechte Ausstattung, man kann erst ab 4 Uhr einchecken und man hat keine Infos bekommen wan wo wie was… Teuer für preis Leistung

Séjour trés agreable, calme, central, balcons sympa.

La carte qui nous a permis de prendre les remontées mécaniques gratuitement. L 'appartement spacieux avec vue sur la montagne. La proximité des commerces et restaurants. Les 2 grands balcons.

Sehr Zentrale lage zu Einkaufscentern und Verbindung in alle Richtungen mit Bus!

Das 3. Bett ist ein Sofa [Notbett] sehr unbequem! Die Kopfkissen sind aus Daunenfedern die immer in den Kopf Stechen. Das WC ist Alt und der Spühlkasten war nicht Gereinigt alles Verkalkt und Wasser lief über den Überlauf. Die Toiletten Schüssel war Verkalkt weil immer Wasser lief habe das alles selber gereinigt. Fenster im WC ist normal Glas und musste immer Vorhänge ziehen die dann auch nass wurden beim Duschen. Der PVC Boden in Küche und Schlafzimmer ist Renovierungsbedürftig wie auch das komplette WC.

Goed appartement, maar niet compleet.

Het appartement was heel schoon.

We misten een paar haakjes, vooral in de badkamer. Een stopcontact in de badkamer was er niet.gordijnen op 1 slaapkamer konden niet dicht. Een paar extra lampjes zou sfeervoller zijn. Ook ontbraken schilderijen voor de sfeer.
