We had a nice time in Saas-Fee and will be back again soon.

It was conveniently located and easy walking access to the town.

The adjoining neighbors were extremely noisy at all hours.

Perfect skiing weekend with a family!

Haus Alfa was excellent option for us! With easy access to ski lifts with a connecting bus and ski room downstairs, it was perfect for couple of days of skiing vacation. The apartment was small but sufficient for our family of four. We enjoyed a very nice raclette dinner!

The perfect location for a ski weekend/week.

It was so much bigger than expected. Perfect for max 3 people. The kitchen had the min equipment so for longer stay, check how many pans there really is. Location was great. We were also lucky with weather and snow :) great weekend

Only small remarks: could do with a frying pan. The bathroom has a ventilation but it doesn’t seem to do anything.

apartment is overpriced. very simple, with very basic facilities.

close to parking. close to bus stop. quiet area, close to playground.

apartment is very basic. too expensive for the quality and comfort. also not close to ski lifts and shops. very dusty in some luggage storage places, some kitchen ware broken. missing some basic kitchen equipment: no vegetable peeler, not even a single bowl!! only one pan. must mention that apartment floors were super cold, only double socks or slippers helped.

close location to the upper parking lot and to the village tram made carrying all the ski equipment a breeze. Very help

Relatively inexpensive. Generally clean, except for some soft furnishings eg seat cushions.

The building and surrounds are not in a very good state of repair (eg the wall alongside the path to the entrance appears about to collapse). Furniture and fittings are dated. Shower water pressure is poor. Location is convenient for the car park, but nothing else. Staff of the company running the apartment were not very courteous or helpful. For example, I provided information for guest cards via the booking.com messaging system and received a reply asking me to resend the same information by email. Guest cards were then delivered late.

Great apartment studio clean and great location

The apartment was clean and nice. Got early check in that was veey nice from the host. Friendly housekeeper. And communication with the office. I like they have whatsapp chat for any quick questions. Also I forgot my phone charger they just messaged me on whatsapp so I came by to fetch it. Really great! Will definitely come back.

Le bureau est fermé le week-end donc difficile de les joindre. Le numéro d'urgence n'est que pour les aides techniques dans le studio.

Die Lage ist super. Nur einige Gehminuten vom Parkplatz und der Busstation entfernt

Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber. Die WC-Bürste war eklig schmutzig und im Abfluss hatte es Haare. Zudem haben vier Glühbirnen nicht mehr funktioniert und eine Bodenplatte war lose. Wir haben im Voraus ein Babybett gebucht, jedoch war es bei der Ankunft nicht da. Als wir bei der Hotline 5x angerufen haben, hat während der Öffnungszeiten niemand abgenommen.

Die Lage ist schön. Die Wohnung ist einfach und genau das was ich mir wünsche im Urlaub.

Die Küche ist spärlich ausgestattet, so dass das Kochen für mehrere Personen einige Umstände erfordert. Aber es war ein Raclette Gerät vorhanden, das gerne genutzt wurde

Confort de la literie, propreté du studio, terrase ensoleillée, endroit paisible, tout etait réuni pour un magnifique séjour. On y reviendra sûrement

Logement très propre, fonctionnel, avec équipement de base (sel, poivre, éponge à vaisselle). Emplacement très pratique, tout comme le check-in et check-out. Local à ski avec porte-chaussures chauffant.

Insonorisation entre appartements passable , mais à 22h, tout était silencieux.

Concernant le studio, c'est le plus mauvais rapport/qualité prix de toutes les locations que j'ai faites depuis ces 10 dernières années. Je ne réserverai plus jamais un appartement dans l'immeuble Alfa.

Pour 4 personnes : 3 crochets dans l'entrée pour les habits, 2 petites armoires. Manque de place pour le rangement. salle de bain minuscule. Le prix du studio était beaucoup trop cher. Je m'attendais à un logement très luxueux pour ce prix. La note de 2 sur l'évaluation générale est due au prix de CHF 3000.- pour un prix de CH 1500.- la note aurai été de 8.

Er werd op dinsdag de gehele nacht ruikbaargekookt bij de buren waarbij hun afzuigkap hard aanstond

Er was niemand die ons de sleutel kon geven en vertellen welk appartement we zouden krijgen. Gebeld en voicemails ingesproken en ook naar Booking gebeld. Deze belde niet terug. Pas 2 dagen laten kregen we contact met de beheerder. Twee dames uit het gebouw eisten te vertellen dat er twee appartementen besproken waren.
