About this house rental
It's called "The VIEW" for a reason: lake views from every room in the house via oversized windows looking out onto the large wrap around deck. A natural rock patio with fire pit surrounded by koi ponds is a tranquil place to gaze up at the stars and down at the moon's reflection off of the lake. Easy lake access by means of cut stone steps with handrail for a 2 minute walk to the boat dock with swim deck, kayaks, paddle boards and pontoon boat. This 3,200 sq ft house with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths can comfortably sleep up to 15 people. It was built from the beginning as a lake house retreat for the owner's extended family to spend precious time together several times per year. Lots of water activities, including complimentary kayaks, canoes, & paddle boards. The 2021 18' pontoon boat can be rented for half or full day at a rate lower than the local marina.

We had a wonderful time, all three generations of us! The view was top rate, the swimming was excellent ~ very nice dock on deep water you can jump into, clear Beaver Lake water, paddle boards, kayaks, floats .... lots of fun at a beautiful spot of Beaver Lake. The house was beautiful and very well set up. Views from every room, you feel like you are in the treetops on a piece of property all to yourself! Beautiful outdoor fire ring on a natural rock ledge/patio with a little spring fed rock stream. Kevin, the host, was excellent! Available, helpful, informative, and friendly. We will be coming back!

This vacation was MORE than we anticipated. The view alone you could sit and read on the deck or down by the beautiful firepit for hours. The dock access to kayaks and paddleboards provided days of entertainment and the little ones had a blast throwing pebbles into the lake. The kitchen was fully equipped for our family. We had a cook-off competition and every utensil possibly needed was available for this high-stakes contest. The house has endless provisions of games, more than enough seating, extra towels, bedding supplies, games, and even additional discoveries around every corner. Our nearly 2 year old LOVED the little wooden toddler cart and pulled it up and down the deck all day long! Lifetime memories were made and we will definitely be back again!

Great property, very clean and open, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Kevin was very welcoming, responsive whenever we needed anything. Couches and beds were comfortable. Wonderful place for a vacation right on the water. Thanks for everything :)

We had the best time! There were four adult couples and this house was the perfect size for our group. It was great for cooking meals together - the kitchen was so well equipped. I especally appreciated that there was an ice cream maker (we used it twice!) and a coffee grinder. The location was excellent - a nice walk to the lake. The swimming dock had exactly what we needed. There are incredible views of the lake from almost every room in the house. The stone lookout area is gorgeous. We rented the pontoon one of the days and had a blast! Thank you, Kevin for making our stay so comfortable and the whole experience so enjoyable! I highly recommend this place.
