About this house rental
Our spacious, clean, fully equipped, loft-like 4-bedroom house is only 6 houses from the OCEAN and has monthly, full-week, weekend & midweek rentals available from April through November. Long weekends are also available for holidays.
Our home is nicely spread out on 1 level (wheelchair accessible - doorway access ramp available on demand), with 3 big bedrooms in the main house (2 rooms have 1 queen bed in each; the 3rd has a bunk bed), and a detached/private guest bedroom in the back with 1 full/double bed for 2. The house sleeps up to 8, and has 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower. There's also an outdoor shower on the back deck. There is AIR CONDITIONING during the summer in the whole house (all bedrooms & kitchen/dining/living area), as well as screened windows, ceiling fans and oscillating fans. There is a front deck for picnic dining and grilling and a large rear deck with lounge chairs.
The house comes with a Weber BBQ (propane included), bicycles, wagon, beach gear, games, toys, etc.!
We are in the quieter, family area and rent to families and MELLOW, mature groups who agree to our STRICT house and community noise rules. Parties are not allowed!! Minimum age to book is 25.

It's a lovely property, ideally placed. No need to even put on a pair of flip flops- walk to the beach barefoot. Everything was clean- ample towels. Our pup loved the place- and OBP allows dogs on the beach.Highly recommended.....

We booked this beach house at the last minute for a family vacation. Chris was very responsive and flexible with the booking. Location was great and the house was stock with all the things needed.

The house was great, fully stocked with everything you could need in a kitchen. Having the bikes, wagon, towels & beach supplies definitely a bonus. Chris the owner was a pleasure & very accessible. The “Quiet” section is a thing we were 6 adults over 40 I might add and could not play music at night without a neighbor calling the cops- Only down fall. Everything else was great highly recommend to a quiet family.
