About this house rental
The studio is located on the ground floor of the beach house. A comfortable double sofa bed is available. One or two additional bedrooms with a double bed (140 cm) can be rented on request on the same floor (+€20 per night per additional bedroom). The street-side garden and the sea-side terrace are for the exclusive use of tenants. Everything has been thought of in terms of amenities. The house's location is ideal: away from the bustling town center yet close enough to the small shops just around the corner. Evenings in the center of Valras will delight young and old alike: funfair, restaurants, casino, concerts, etc.
Direct access to the sea is immediate, with no streets to cross. The beach, which is supervised in summer, is spacious and clean.
Free on-street parking.

Logement en front de mer, situé à environ 1.5km du centre de Valras-Plage, donc localisation au top pour des vacances sur la plage.
Le logement est meublé simplement mais fonctionnel, avec une double terrasse, l'une côté rue, l'autre côté dunes pour entendre le bruit des vagues. Petit bémol pour la salle de bain, exigüe (compliquée pour des personnes grandes ou corpulentes) et dans son jus.
Les propriétaires sont disponibles et adorables ; donc bon pied-à-terre pour quelques jours au soleil !
