On the 1st floor of a secure residence with a swimming pool*. Living room with lounge area (2 armchairs) opening onto a fully equipped kitchen - TV - Bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed - Bathroom - Separate WC - Terrace - WIFI - Pets NOT allowed - Smoking outside only - Underground parking space
No charging point for hybrid or electric vehicles – Do not plug in in the accommodation – SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (please request them when booking) – Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (unless an additional fee applies) – Check-out inventory will be carried out with the agency, and the security deposit will be returned if everything is in order – If departing on a Sunday, public holiday, or before 8:30 am, a preliminary inventory will be carried out – Security deposit will be cancelled or returned upon receipt of the keys. *Swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September. No refund will be given if the pool is closed to the public. This decision rests solely with the Condominium Association. Neither the agency nor the owner can be held responsible.
