Condo was very clean and felt cozy. Having three bedrooms was a bonus and worked well for our family. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space to hang out. Access to pool and hot tub right behind the unit was nice as well. Downstairs bathroom needs a little maintenance attention but it was useable. Having washer/dryer was handy for laundry after hiking.

Condo is in a great location: nice neighborhood, convenient to town and hiking trails, but it is need of TLC. It was not thoroughly cleaned before we arrived: crumbs on the couch cushions, master bedroom shower curtain needed to be changed out, nail sticking out of carpet between hallway and master shower, etc. The pool is right behind the condo, so it was noisy with kids until 10:00.
