The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Wanted to give this condo an all positive review. It does have some great features. Great kitchen and bath w large walk-in shower, king mattress was pretty comfy. Living room sofa is horribly uncomfortable, cushions sunk in to the hard bars of the sofa sleeper underneath making the couch and loveseat a deep uncomfortable hole. Needs to be replaced. Unit was clean but floors were filthy, 5 min. of walking barefoot and our feet were as black as soot. Rug on patio has curled up edges that are a definite trip hazard. We love Aqua but would not rent this unit again.
