**Luxury living in this custom-furnished and personally decorated two-bedroom/two-bathroom with bunk alcove condominium.
**Direct Gulf Front** Enjoy the Gulf view from your private balcony. The interior spaces include a kitchen with granite countertops, a refrigerator with an ice maker, a microwave, and laundry with a Samsung stackable washer/dryer. All kitchen appliances were newly installed in November 2023.
**High-end furnishings! New sofa and chair.
**The carpeted master suite has a high-quality, super comfortable, thick mattress, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and a separate glass-enclosed shower, garden tub, double vanity, and generous storage and closet space. The guest bedroom, also carpeted, features a queen-size bed, ample closet space, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan with an adjoining full bath. The bunk alcove is great for smaller children. Feel free to bring your air mattress to use in the living room area--very spacious.
**Wood tile flooring throughout the entrance and family room.
The living room is spacious with full-length windows that connect you to the magic of the Gulf. The coastal decor of this condo will make you feel like you are at home but within arm's reach of the sun, sand, and beach.
**The blinds are controlled by a switch on the wall in the living room with a 'blackout feature'.
**The kitchen has full-size appliances, fully stocked with all necessary smaller appliances.
*Keurig Duo: Single Cup plus Regular Coffee Maker
**Aqua requires wristbands to be worn by all guests while using the pools, beach chair services, grills, gym, etc. These will be provided for your stay. It is very important to list the proper number of guests in the reservation so the appropriate number of wristbands will be provided.

**Keyless Entry - No formal "check-in" is required! No keys to return!
**Covered parking - maximum of two spaces allowed with registered vehicles. On-site security. 24/7 video monitoring on-premises, carts for loading and unloading.

It was a beautiful condo. Only thing that was not clear was we thought it was a 4 bedroom. It is only a two bedroom. Over all it is a great room and we loved our stay. Just a heads up there is a group that sets up chairs and umbrellas every morning and takes up most of the beach. They tried to get us to move and threatened to only give us 5 minutes to move or they would move it for us. We called the law, and the officer came down and talked to us and said we had every right to be there. She said the beach belongs to the city not them.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and located near many local attractions. The condo is beautifully decorated and had many things that made the stay easier.

The property was clean and well equipped, probably the best one yet. There were some minor things that needed to be repaired but nothing that affected our stay. The pullout couch was not very comfortable but I have never slept on one that was. Lol It is in an awesome location especially in my case with older teenagers and young adults. We didn’t have to fight the traffic to visit Shuckums, Sharkys or Pier Park. Teresa was awesome with communication and quick to respond. I also loved the fact there was no time on the parking garage the day of arrival or the day of departure (I stayed in a place a couple of condos down that had the 4pm/10am rule for the parking garage also). It was a beautiful place and I would definitely visit again.
