Quietly located, close to all the shops, bars and restaurants of Laroque des Albères, less than 15 minutes from beaches and coves, our beautiful villa will be the ideal place for an unforgettable holiday in the heart of the most beautiful village of Albères!
The garden has a beautiful pool ideally exposed and without vis-à-vis, in which you can refresh and relax! The partly covered terrace will be the ideal place for your breakfasts, lunches and dinners!
The house has a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom on the ground floor with dressing room and bathroom, two other bedrooms upstairs with bathroom and toilet.
If you are looking for a place to relax, enjoy the sun, from which you can walk to the bakery or one of the 7 restaurants in the village, quickly go to the beach or Spain, go for a ride or hike and enjoy a private pool, so you just find your happiness!
A deposit of 1500 € (Cash or Check in Euros) will be requested upon your arrival and returned the day of your departure after inventory.
Participation in the 50 € cleaning fee (in cash) will be requested upon arrival.

Bonjour,
La maison est agréable, dans une petite ville calme un peu reculé d’Argeles mais pas trop, muni d’une très jolie vu.
La maison a 3 chambre et est bien en globalité, petit défaut dans 2 chambre pas de volet roulant juste des volets en bois donc de la lumière passe.
L’extérieur de la maison est super beau et bien organisé, la piscine était propre à notre arrivée, pas de robot donc avec les buissons proche elle peut se salir très vite mais le propriétaire qui est disponible par téléphone fait intervenir un piscinier qui la nettoie parfaitement, un robot va être d’actualité prochainement ce qui serait extrêmement judicieux et parfait.
En globalité pour nous le séjour était au top, bien reçu, état des lieux sans soucis, si vous êtes jeune ou grand fetard, attention car après 00:00 pas de bruit dans le jardin car les voisins sont tres proche donc impossible de passer toute la soirée dehors à rigoler ni allez dans la piscine la nuit.

Maison très agréable bien équipé bonne climatisation au calme sans être loin des commerces (vélo ou voiture ) .quelques petites choses à préciser sur l.annonce je pense pas de TV classique seulement une télé connecte pas de chaîne française (pas pratique pour les enfants) la piscine très bien mais pas d éclairage (HS) pas très cool pour le soir

Maison bien agréable, quartier calme, et village très sympa. Absence d'état des lieux à l'arrivée, mais un à la sortie ? Piscine pas entretenue : bâche défectueuse : pas de sécurité enfant, pas de robot. La T.V. est en anglais. Manque de la vaiselle.
