The washing machine hasn't been properly cleaned in a while had some mold in it. The floors need a mop if you sit there with white clothes it left dirt on em.

Outstanding house, cleanliness, facilities and value for money. Very responsive owners. Good tram connectivity to city center.

We had a great stay at Piccolo Poggio! We could easily park the car for free in front of the building. The center of Florence was just a 7 minute walk and 8 minute tram ride from the appartment. Everything was clean, check-in was super easy and the bed was amazing. Unfortunately, my bag was stolen in the center with the keys of the appartment in it. This was no problem at all and Simone's son Andrea was so kind to drive us to the police station and provided us with a new key without any problem. The communication with Simone and Andrea was amazing and they were super nice. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are thinking about going to Florence!
