It is in the Lot-et-Garonnaise countryside, 30 km south of Bergerac that you will settle down.
Lovers of calm and old stones, you will have a green space in a 6 hectare park 5 km from all amenities.
The region, nicknamed 'Little Tuscany' is rich in picturesque villages and remarkable castles.
The wine route as well as the good tables are assets not to be missed.
For your activities in the property you will have the choice between a 15X6 swimming pool, a ping-pong table, pétanque, darts, ... and, 3 km away, donkey ride and horse riding center.
The cottage of the Conciergerie consists of a single storey cottage of 60 m2, includes a living room with kitchen area, dining room and living room, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, a laundry room, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a twin bedroom (90x200) and possibly a cot. Tourist taxes and cleaning of the gîte are included in the price.

Malgré un beau temps pas toujours présent, nous sommes repartis du gîte de la Conciergerie le coeur ensoleillé par la gentillesse de nos hôtes et le charme incomparable de l'endroit ! Le gîte est très bien équipé et la piscine idyllique. Les enfants peuvent s'ébattre en toute liberté au milieu d'un magnifique verger et observer écureuils, rapaces et ciels magnifiquement étoilés! Pour tous ceux qui cherchent la détente et le calme, voici une adresse incontournable ! Merci pour toutes les attentions de "Madou et Papé" et pour cette dernière soirée qui restera pour nous mémorable !
