Helpful reception staff as I got an upgrade on arrival and Ismail helped so much with taxis and getting me to a medical centre. Nice big suite with side views of the mountain, clean and comfortable bed. Central location. Breakfast was really good.

Carpets were a bit worn and bathroom a little smelly

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of options and everything was fresh and delicious.
