The apartment was nice, spotlessly clean, sufficiently equipped, and had a lovely scenic view. Outside, we absolutely loved the swimming pool and the massive garden, which was perfect for our kids to run around and enjoy. The hostess was very kind, friendly, and communicative. A wonderful place to stay!

Our only minor suggestion for improvement would be replacing some of the worn-out sports equipment for children, such as the balls and badminton sets.

We a lovely warm welcome which was appreciated. The studio was as expected size wise, the beds were comfortable. The kids loved having a pool. Beautiful views and great location to access Plitvice Lakes.

Not a criticism as we understand the reasons but the kids were really disappointed as they weren't allowed to jump in the pool. The amount of crockery in the kitchen was at bare minimum for 4 people but we got by ok.

Kamer was goed onderhouden, net als het hele pand, en de kamer was ruim, met een voldoende grote slaapkamer, ruim balkon en een zeer ruime slaapbank (die echter niet als bank te gebruiken was, maar de hele tijd als bed opgemaakt was; prima, er waren voldoende stoelen). Klein maar niet te klein zwembad met ruim terras. Leuk overdekt terras schuin boven het zwembad. Daarnaast nog een heuvelachtige speelweide met speeltoestellen en netten. Rustige ligging, maar dichtbij Plitvicka Nationaal Park en andere activiteiten.

Krappe parkeerplek. Wel een oven, maar geen magnetron. De inrichting van de keuken is net te weinig: precies 4 lepels, messen, borden. Wel kleine maar geen (middel)grote pannen. Dat laat onvoldoende ruimte om iets te serveren, je bent steeds een tussendoor aan het afwassen. Bovendien waren sommige pannen en andere artikelen tegen het einde van hun levensduur. Water is wel drinkbaar, maar net toen wij er waren ontstond er een storing en werd de rest van het verblijf afgeraden het water te drinken, of pas na enkele minuten koken (wat in de elektrische koker niet kan, dus in een pan moest). Nadeel van de zeer rustige ligging: alles is op rijafstand, van supermarkt tot restaurant. Door de behoorlijk steile helling zal een zwaarbeladen camper of busje niet zomaar het terrein kunnen bereiken, normale personenauto's kunnen dit zeker wel (zolang de weg niet glad is).

The location was close to shops and of course the Plitvice National Park. The apartment is spacious with a desk, sofa, kitchen with a reasonable supply of utensils and cutlery, a working oven and gas cooktop, but the absence of toaster, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher mean it is rather hard to use it to prepare meals. The house has an immaculate view of the neighbourhood and hills. It has a balcony which is a refreshing place for rest altho9ugh the traffic noise can be heard from theie.

The place is not well upkept: e.g. shower hose is broken reducing it to 50 per cent effectiveness, sliding door handle was broken, etc. There is no laundry facilities provided nor is there any such facilities nearby. So bring enough clothes!!
