Location is good
The view from the Hotel is gr8, especially from the Terrace.
Room service is a little slow but it's f9.
Cleanliness needs improvement, especially the tables, glasses and cups used needs to be cleaned properly.

Good sized room with balcony opposite an open terrace. Staff were ok. If we smiled, then they smiled. Mattress was good. Parking right in front of the hotel. Breakfast included was adequate. Attractive birds came to the balcony.
The bed sheets, we could tell had not been washed. Very low pressure for hot water for bath. Also the bathroom drainage was not proper as one of the floor drains vented the septic gasses and putting water for the trap didn't work (obviously there was no trap/goose neck built in).
We got called if we wanted to buy supper but had to take our own initiative to ask about the included breakfast. It was adequate, bread omelette and parotha chai. Realised later they should have included some curd.
